My love for cooking started when I was the general manager for a Japanese Sushi Restaurant (Jyoto's) on Ambergris Caye, in Belize. Often on my days off, I'd try to create some lovely dishes for the family. I'm not a professional chef, have failed many times at some of my dish creations, but the love for cooking is still there. I love watching my son cook (my little Cast Iron Chef), and I enjoy seeing his pictures that come from it.
