CHICKEN EGGROLLS 2 tsp. vegetable oil 3/4 lb. ground pork salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp. garlic, minced 1 tsp. ginger, minced 3 c. green cabbage, shredded 1/4 c. green onions, sliced thin 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil 12 egg roll wrappers 1 egg beaten oil for frying Instructions

SWEET CHILI DIPPING SAUCE 1/3 c. rice vinegar 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. + 2 tablespoons cane sugar 1 Tbsp. rice wine (can substitute with dry sherry) 1-2 tsp. dried red chili flakes (these tend to be very hot) So start with a few and build to the flavor you desire 1-1/2 tsp. garlic. finely minced 1 tsp. ginger, finely minced 1 tsp. tamari or soy sauce 2 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1-Tbsp. water) The sauce will thicken as it cools 1-2 drops red food coloring (optional) Instructions
