Book Description

Christina's Belizean Jungle Sunrise is a wonderful collection of breakfast and brunch recipes, ranging from great smoothie recipes, specialty coffee drinks, overnight eggs & French toast recipes, baked egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches, green chili sauces, carmalized bacon, pancakes, crepes, waffles, coffee shop cakes, breakfast breads and Christina's very own signature dish, "Christina's Signature Cinnamon Rolls".

Amidst the many wonderful recipes, are pictures of Christina growing up, with her immediate and extended family.  Memories that are etched on her heart.

You will not only enjoy this cookbook, it will inspire you early in the morning to greatness.  Christina has tried to include a full array of breakfast dishes, anything you need to create an amazing breakfast for your family.  Everyone who has seen this book loves it (including the publisher).  If you're looking for a Belizean souvenir (something to take back home), then this is the book.  It makes a great gift for grandparents, spouses, or any newlywed couple.

We presently do not have these books listed on Amazon.com yet, but that will be coming soon (for those who can be patient).

As a mother (I can tell you), I’ve been there through it all.  From the moment you were born, to the moment, your own child took his first breath.

You are an inspiration to not only myself, but so many others.  You are an beautiful young woman, and I love your enthusiastic spirit in which you accomplish each task.  Your passion to live life, overcome hurdles, and aspire to greatness are truly amazing.  I love all your sensational hairdo’s, and outfits, which have scored a mark on my heart.

Christina is one of five children, number four to be exact.  She was born in her grandmother’s house, in a bedroom on the lower level.  For the first few years of her life, she lived in her grandfather’s cabin (in the Wet Mountain Valley, Westcliffe Colorado), at the base of Mt. Gibb (just shy of 14,000 feet).  At night we would listen to the coyotes howling, and the bears grunting around our cabin.

By the time Christina was six (6) years old, the family made the trek to Belize, where we have lived ever since (on an island, in the middle of no-where), as Lauren describes it (a big difference from her mountain lifestyle).

In the years that followed, Christina grew up, as an “Island Girl” (which means), no shoes, frizzy hair, suntan, hot & sweaty.  I fondly remember, shortly after arriving to the island, Christina wanted to be the first one to sit on the golf cart (next to the window.

Thanks for all the happy memories together “Baby Bear”, and there have been many.  As grandma would say, “You know what makes me happy?  Doing things together.”  So let’s do something together Chris, let’s cook something to eat.

ALL MY LOVE..........Mama Bear

The love of a family, is one of life's greatest blessings.
