Trent's Belizean Barbecue is a wonderful collection of barbecue recipes, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Trent has included grilling charts for various meats, instructions on how to properly cook beef, chicken, pork and fish on the grill. There is a section on doing your own pig roast, which many find enjoyable once or twice a year with family and friends.
Included in this book, is a collections of Belizean recipes from Trent's wife, Marcy Diane Cueller-Turley's (his Belizean Princess). The Belizean Cupcake Queen is a wonderful collection of cupcake recipes, ranging from basic core cake recipes to fabulous decorative cupcakes using nothing more than frosting and candy. Included is Lauren's signature chocolate cake recipe.
Lauren has broken down the decorating process, making it easy for stay-home mom's and kids, to create their own wonderful "bake shop" versions right at home. There is a section on how to create eyes, noses, mouths, and hair, all by using various "store bought" candy. The many charts in the book, give you creative ideas on how to use marshmallows, pretzels, chocolate covered candies in creating monsters, insects, clown faces, and many other fun and exciting alternatives. My goal is to dedicate one cookbook to every member in my family.
If you are a family member, and do not see your name on a cookbook. Please don't worry, there are hundreds of things to write about. I am trying to complete between 6-8 cookbooks a year, maybe more (that is the goal). If your passion is a topic that has already been covered, again don't worry. I can write an additional book on your favorite topic. My goal is to dedicate one cookbook to every member in my family, and to fill this website with family photos and biographies on everyone.
