Mama Bear Cookbook Series

My name is Lucinda L. Turley, and everyone calls me Mama Bear. Back in the Fall of 2017, I was diagnosed as having a genetic lung disease, which I inherited from my mother.
I started Mama Bear Cookbooks, in an attempt to preserve favorite family recipes, and memorable moments that I wanted my children to remember. I'm gathering all the recipes we've cooked over the years, and compiling them in a series of cookbooks, dedicating them to my children and the children of my heart. The goal is, to dedicate one cookbook to each member of the family before I pass on.
Each cookbook will touch on a unique attraction or aspect of of this Caribbean Jewel called Belize. Mama Bear Cookbooks are being written, designed, and marketed as Belizean souvenirs, to be sold in gift shops, hotels, resorts, restaurants, grocery stores, and local businesses. Each cookbook specializes on a unique topic, for example:
Trent's Belizean Barbecue, lists charts for grilling various forms of meats and seafood. It has an entire section entitled "From the Belizean Kitchen", which has all the Belizean recipes (we all love), from meat pies and coconut tarts, to stewed chicken, beans & rice.
