Trent's Belizean Barbecue
Trent's Belizean Barbecue is a wonderful collection of barbecue recipes, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Trent has included grilling charts for various meats, instructions on how to properly cook beef, chicken, pork and fish on the grill. There is a section on doing your own pig roast, which many find enjoyable once or twice a year with family and friends.
Included in this book, is a collections of Belizean recipes from Trent's wife, Marcy Diane Cueller-Turley's (his Belizean Princess).
