Finger Lickin' BBQ Sauce

Homemade Barbecue Sauce
FINGER LICKIN' BBQ SAUCE
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 to 1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
1 tsp. yellow mustard (or dry mustard)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Sauce Instructions - Using a medium sauce pan, heat all together for 5 minutes or until it just comes to a simmer.  Remove from the stove top and add more honey or crushed red pepper to taste.  Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.  Makes about 1-3/4 cups of sauce.
