Crustless Cheesecake

Cooking together, is one of our favorite things to do with the kids.  It's a great activity to do together, plus you get something wonderful in the end to eat.  The memories of spending time together, will last a life time.

CHRISTINA'S CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sour cream, room temperature
4 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. milk, room temperature
1/4 c. all purpose flour

Blueberry, cherry or strawberry Pie Filling (to topping)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 9-inch spring form pan.  I used cooking spray to coat the inside of the pan.  Foil the pan's outside to prevent water from entering the spring form pan when baking.

In a stand mixer, add your softened cream cheese, and sugar.  Blend until creamy.  Slowly add in the milk and eggs, one at a time.  Finally mix in the vanilla, sour cream and flour.  Blend until creamy and pour into your spring form pan.

Place foil covered spring form pan onto a baking sheet, that has water in it to create a water bath.  Bake for 60 minutes, or until a knife when inserted comes out clean and edges have slightly browned.
