Coffee Creamers

COFFEE CREAMER BASE
2 c. (14 oz.) milk, of your choice
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
  • In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, whisk together the condensed milk and milk. 
  • Once heated through, remove from the heat and add in the flavorings or your choice. 
  • Cool then cover and store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up 6-7 days.

BAILEY'S COFFEE CREAMER

c. (14 oz.) milk, of your choice
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. (2-½ oz.) Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions
  • In a medium saucepan, over medium low heat, whisk together the condensed milk and milk. 
  • Once heated through, remove from the heat and add in Bailey's.  
  • Cool then cover and store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for 6-7 days.

FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE CREAMER

c. (14 oz.) milk, of your choice
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 vanilla pod, sliced in half and seeds scraped out
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
  • In a medium sauce pan over medium low heat, whisk together the condensed milk, milk, vanilla pod and seeds. 
  • Once this mixture starts to come to a simmer,  remove from the heat and add in the vanilla extract. 
  • Cool, then cover and store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for 6-7 days.

PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE CREAMER

c. (14 oz.) milk, of your choice
1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree, canned or homemade
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
  • In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, whisk together the condensed milk and milk. 
  • Once heated through add in pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and vanilla. Allow to infuse for a few minutes before removing from the heat and straining. 
  • Cool then cover and store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for 6-7 days.
