BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 4 eggs 2 c. white sugar 1 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 c. sour cream 4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. fresh blueberries (or 1-16 oz. pkg frozen blueberries) |

Note: Don't be tempted to add yogurt (instead of sour cream), they don't come out as good. |
